Garrison Diversion holds “When the Valley Turns Dry” RRVWSP Conference

Sooner or later, North Dakota will have another drought and the Red River Valley will have significant water shortages. On October 1, the Garrison Diversion Conservancy District hosted a water conference in Fargo titled, “The Red River Valley Water Supply Project Conference — What Is It and Why Now?” to educate on how we are working to ensure reliable high quality and affordable water to meet the Valley’s needs.
